He built his professional career in the banking sector, where he held positions of increasing responsibility up to senior executive roles, progressively refining his managerial, commercial, and credit skills, with a stronger focus on the corporate sector.

He subsequently served on the boards of directors of private companies, local financial institutions, and banking associations.

He has also worked in advisory roles for companies operating throughout the country and across a wide range of industries, supporting entrepreneurs in improving profitability and achieving more effective financial management, while liaising with the banking sector and stakeholders as a Financial Relator.

He is well versed in the world of M&A and in managing special situations.

Dario holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance.
