Francesco is a manager at CLD Capital.

Throughout his professional career, Francesco has worked on numerous debt restructuring projects, involving individual deals of up to €150 million in debt, as well as M&A transactions, always aiming to achieve shared satisfaction among the stakeholders involved in each operation.

In his role, he has supported SMEs in extraordinary finance transactions, dealing with the preparation and analysis of business plans for startups and established companies, company valuations, and the drafting of Information Memoranda intended for lenders and investors.

Previously, he worked in financial advisory within Deloitte Financial Advisory’s Valuation team and in debt advisory for leading investment funds.

Francesco holds a Master’s degree in Economics and also completed a Master’s in “Accounting, Auditing & Control” at Bocconi University.
