Marco Di Fazio
CEO
Marco is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
He has worked on numerous corporate finance and capital markets projects, including buyouts, divestitures, mergers, and financial restructurings, and has developed significant experience in M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients.
Marco served as CEO of American Appraisal Corporate Finance in Italy in 2008–2009. From 2005 to 2008, he worked at Lehman Brothers in London in the Principal Finance group, where he was responsible for managing the bank’s investments in the Italian fixed income sector.
He also worked for seven years in PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services, at both the Rome and New York offices.
He graduated in Economics and Business Administration with honors and has been a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2002.
