Roberta is a manager at CLD Capital and coordinates the team responsible for handling financing requests from SMEs, which are submitted to banks and other investment committees.

Throughout her professional career, Roberta has had the opportunity to support startups, SMEs, and large companies in extraordinary finance projects such as financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) and corporate valuation; M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Equity transactions; restructuring and debt valuation (UTP & NPL); as well as Audit & Budgeting.

Previously, she worked in KPMG’s M&A department, where her main project was Permira’s acquisition of Golden Goose for €1.3 billion, and in the Finance department at Nestlé.

Roberta graduated with honors with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Naples Federico II. She also completed a second-level Master’s in Finance, Audit & Control at IPE Business School, as well as an online Master’s in communication.
